One day workshop on
“Hands on experience in Analog and
digital Electronics experiments”
13.10.2017
The
Department of physics arranged one day workshop on “Hands on experience with
experiments in Analog and digital Electronics” as faculty enrichment programme
for its members on 13.10.2017, Friday from 9.30 a.m to 5.30 p.m. Mr. K.Ramakrishna
M.Tech from Alpha Electronics was the resource person. He explained the basic analog
and digital electronics concepts and demonstrated experiments with different
flip Flops, FET and MOSFET characteristics, various experiments with
operational amplifiers and LDR characteristics. These
electronic instruments find applications in the designing of sophisticated
electronic microchips to perform these tasks in a variety of electronic systems
such as generation and amplification of speech or music, TV broadcasting and
displaying, cell phone and satellite communications etc. All these
experiments are part of VI semester general elective paper which is newly
introduced by APSCHE. Thus this one day workshop
on Analog and digital electronics helped us to understand how networks of
semiconductor devices perform signal-processing tasks.
